Biography

Mrs. Donna M. (Parker) Zane has been a Cecil County resident for most of her life. She attended Cecil County Public Schools and graduated from North East High in 1984. She earned a B.A. in mathematics and computer science from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and a B.S. in accounting from West Chester University. She is employed as an accountant with the Cecil County Treasurer’s Office.

Donna and her husband Tim are the proud parents of triplets, Amanda, T.J., and Parker, who currently attend Rising Sun Elementary School. It is because of her family’s support that Donna decided to seek the School Board position.

She is very proud to be a part of the first elected School Board for Cecil County and will work hard for the community.
